Only individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia are eligible to register a JD88 account. Each applicant is responsible for ensuring their registration details are accurate and kept up to date at all times.
All JD88 transactions are processed in MYR. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX are processed instantly. Withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 6 hours, depending on the selected method.

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and JD88 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the JD88 platform, you expressly agree to comply with all Terms set out in this document.
These Terms apply to all JD88 services, including Sports Betting (football, badminton, cricket, and others), Live Casino, poker, baccarat, lottery, and all other games available on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the JD88 platform.

To be eligible to use the JD88 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. JD88 takes the protection of minors seriously and will immediately terminate any account found to be held by an individual who is underage.
Domicile: JD88 services are designed for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your location.
Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any condition that would prevent you from doing so.
One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active JD88 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being closed and their balances forfeited.
Non-JD88 employee: JD88 employees, their immediate family members, and contractors involved in platform operations are not permitted to open a player account.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. JD88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
You are solely responsible for keeping your JD88 account password confidential. JD88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven that unauthorised access occurred without your knowledge.
Recommended: Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your JD88 account security settings for an added layer of protection.

JD88 reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful source. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or payment method registered under the same member's name. JD88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements differ for each bonus type and will be clearly stated at the time the bonus offer is received. Failure to meet the requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Withdrawal Note: JD88 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day. This is a standard protective measure to keep your account secure.
JD88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective bonus terms, in addition to the following general conditions:
Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members who make their first deposit within 72 hours of registration.
JD88 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or attempts to exploit bonus terms through bonus arbitrage (bonus abuse).
Deposits made prior to claiming a bonus are not eligible for that bonus — the bonus must be claimed before or at the time of the relevant deposit.
The maximum bonus amount that can be withdrawn is subject to the limit stated in each respective promotion.
All bets placed on the JD88 platform are subject to the following rules:
Live betting on JD88 is subject to unavoidable transmission delays. All in-play bets are subject to system verification before being officially accepted. JD88 is not liable for any bet outcome affected by connectivity issues on the user's end.

When an account is closed due to a violation, JD88 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with fraudulent activity while an investigation is conducted. Funds not implicated in the violation will be returned to the account holder once the investigation concludes within a reasonable timeframe.
JD88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for:
JD88's liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time the incident occurs.
JD88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to members. Amendment notices will be sent to the registered email address and/or prominently displayed on the platform's main page for at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the JD88 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all remaining funds before the effective date.
